Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: Orders that are received in the morning will be processed that same day. Otherwise they will be processed the following day.

Q: Wow, that's really fast processing. How about shipping?

A: We ship with USPS and use 2-Day Priority mail. Depending on the USPS, you should expect orders to arrive within 2-4 days.

Q: Holy cow, that's so quick, I can't wait! But what is your return policy?

A: We will gladly accept returns and offer full refunds on unused products if it's returned within 2 weeks from the purchase date.

Q: Amazing, I can't really go wrong. I was wondering though, do you make customs?

A: Currently, we do not make custom kendamas. Sorry!

Q: That's alright! I love my kendama so much, is there any way I could buy wholesale so that I'll never run out?
